We selected Geoff Walker and his company based upon his in-depth knowledge of the area and his professional and straightforward approach.
Geoff arrived promptly and in less than 1.5 hours helped us develop a plan of action for listing three months earlier than originally planned. The house was emptied and the listed for sale by Tuesday Feb 8th, and on Sunday Feb 13th an offer came in, was negotiated, accepted and became final on Tuesday Feb 15th. The closing occurred on Mar 1 - four days into our driving trip to Florida. The sale price was $1,000 over my original projected expectation, and happened three to eight months earlier than I expected. This saved me at minimum $6,000 in carrying costs (quite possibly more if I had held to my original plan). The mental relief is immense and eclipses the financial benefits immeasurably! On a final note, the real estate lawyer that I was referred to, along with his very competent assistant provided excellent professional closing expertise. I recommend the Toscano Walker team unreservedly!
